"We had to leave our residence due to hurricane Frances. We picked this place because Lake City had no vacancies and White Springs was available. There was mold in the bathroon, toilet was elongated and the seat was not. No stoppers in sink or tub. Patches on the walls.
Very poor lighting. No phone in the room. Drawers were dirty and dirty tissues in one. We paid $49.00 a night, which we felt was a lot considering what we got. Other quests felt their rooms were the same but we all were stuck there because there was no where to go."
